Thank you for many years of sharing our CheeseQuakes! It is time for us to close our shop.
We've loved getting to know everyone through the years!
There will be a new cheesecake vendor next to our space in the Ferry Building, Nash Bakes. They are wonderful and their cheesecakes are beautiful and delicious.

MASCARPONE CREAM PIE
Seasonal Mascarpone Pie 9” - uses 1 homemade crust
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup whipping cream
8 oz mascarpone
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract.
Topping: 5 oz of your favorite seasonal jam OR Chocolate, Butterscotch or Caramel sauce.
Instructions:
Whip cream with 1/3 cup sugar until firm peaks form. In a separate bowl, cream mascarpone, vanilla and 1/3 cup sugar. Combine mascarpone and cream mixes. Spread filling into pie crust. Whisk jam to soften it and spread on top of the pie. Refrigerate overnight. Variations for Filling: 1) Substitute almond extract for vanilla extract. Add sliced almonds on top. 2) Substitute 2 TBSP of your favorite liquor for Vanilla Extract.
